    What can wait for business hours<\/h3>\n\n\n

    • A dripping tap, cistern or slow leak that can be isolated<\/li>\n\n\n

      Office hours are Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings. Outside those hours, an on-call plumber is contactable on the mobile number. We confirm the call-out fee and an honest arrival window before we dispatch — we do not promise a blanket response time we cannot keep.<\/p>\n\n\n\t

      While you wait for us<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      1. Close the main stopcock<\/strong> — shut the municipal or building isolation valve to stop the flow.<\/li>\n\n\n
      2. Isolate the geyser<\/strong> — switch it off at the distribution board and close its isolation valve.<\/li>\n\n\n
      3. Keep water away from electrics<\/strong> — switch off affected circuits at the DB board.<\/li>\n\n\n
      4. Move stock and equipment<\/strong> — lift anything valuable off the floor and contain the water.<\/li>\n\n\n
      5. Photograph everything<\/strong> — insurers and trustees will want the before-photos.<\/li>\n\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        How after-hours call-outs are charged<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        No surprises. Before a standby plumber is dispatched, we confirm the call-out fee, the hourly rate and the expected arrival window in writing on WhatsApp or by email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
