- Recurring blocked drains in ablutions, kitchens or grease traps
- Rising water bills with no obvious cause
- Your managing agent or insurer has requested a Plumbing COC

- Low or inconsistent water pressure on upper floors
- Tenants complaining about hot water during peak periods
- You are paying for reactive call-outs that keep repeating
Our process
Predictable, documented and easy to hand to a trustee, an insurer or a landlord.
- Site walk-through and asset register — we record every geyser, valve, pump, grease trap and drain line so nothing is priced blind.
- Scope, schedule and quote in writing — you approve the work and the cost before anyone lifts a spanner.
- Priority handling for reactive call-outs — contract clients are placed ahead of ad-hoc work.
- Every job documented — photographs, job card and an itemised invoice you can attach to a levy or insurance claim.
- Plumbing COC issued — after geyser or compliance work, by a PIRB-registered plumber.

Common questions
Can you invoice per site for a portfolio?
Yes. We can invoice each building separately for levy allocation, or consolidate the portfolio into a single monthly invoice.
How do you handle after-hours emergencies?
A standby team covers genuine emergencies outside business hours. Contract clients are handled first.
Are your COCs suitable for insurance and body-corporate records?
Yes — they are issued by a PIRB-registered plumber and accepted for insurance claims, property transfers and trustee record-keeping.
Do you provide vendor documentation for procurement?
Yes. Company registration, tax clearance, B-BBEE affidavit or certificate, public liability cover and PIRB/IOPSA credentials are available for vendor onboarding.
